Good news!

We are very excited for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Some of Jim's family will be coming up to Aspen Grove to have dinner with us and we are looking forward to seeing them! We have so much to be thankful for and feel so blessed.

We do have some exciting news. As we may have mentioned already, we will be moving from Aspen Grove in January. We have our duplex which has been such a huge blessing for our family, giving us a place to land when we are downtown and providing a place for family to stay. We have been looking for a house that is just a little bit bigger for quite a while now and I am excited to say that we found one last weekend, put an offer on it, got accepted, and now are under contract! It is right near the border of Orem and Lindon, just inside Lindon and it is in a great area. Lots of the homes nearby have extra property with horses and such. Madi's bus aide lives just a few blocks away and she knows the neighborhood. She said it is a really great neighborhood too. It is a bit farther away from the mouth of the canyon than we wanted, but we are getting a really great deal on it. It has 7 bedrooms and 2 bonus rooms (guest rooms... hint, hint), 2 family rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the best part of all- it is on half an acre! The yard is beautiful with a huge garden area. The house inside does need some fixing up so if everything works out and we are able to buy it, we would welcome anyone who wants to show up with a paintbrush on the weekends :)

Here are a few pictures because I know everyone loves pictures :) I know I am getting a little ahead of myself, since we haven't sealed the deal 100% yet (hoping the financing will work out!) but as you can tell I am really excited about it and hope that it will work out. We will be keeping the duplex, just renting out both sides for now. Here are some pictures:
