This year, Jim and I really went out on a limb to celebrate Christmas in July. Ok, to be truthful, it was mostly my doing. I've been wanting a new camera and a good video camera for a looooooong time... and, thanks to the school district for mileage reimbursement, I was able to indulge myself. This camera is amazing, and it has awesome video quality too. Now maybe we can take some home videos that are not all too dark to see the people in them!
Oh- and in other news, I got my hair cut. I cut about 5-6 inches off, with all-over choppy layers, and had it highlighted 2 different colors (blonde and copper). And I love it, too! I haven't been able to get any good pictures that really show the color, but maybe now I will be able to (if I dare trust anyone else to hold my camera, that is..)

Wahooo! That camera looks awesome! My mom has a Nikon D90 and she loves it. And I do too. I'm having camera jealousy! :-) But I don't think I take enough pictures to make it worth it. Have fun with your new toy and I want to see some pictures of your hair!
