So, I am pregnant again. I will be 24 weeks this Friday. I wanted to wait until after my ultrasound before announcing anything- just to make sure everything was ok.
And, we are going to have a... BOY!!
I have to admit, I was a bit
surprised- I was thinking this one was going to be a girl, but Jim knew it was a
boy- he called it!
The baby is due July 5th, but all of his measurements in
the ultrasound and from my OBGYN visit this past Monday are ahead of schedule. I am measuring big, and so is the baby. My doc said that statistically speaking, I will likely deliver early. So who knows? I don't want to count on that though, then have the baby go over my due date.
Everything looked
good so far on the ultrasound. I will have a high-resolution ultrasound in two weeks, where they will be able to check things more
in-detail. Hopefully they will use the 3-D machine again, like they did with
Tysen. That was really amazing!
Lately the baby
has been kicking and moving a lot more. Which is great! Aspen was able to feel
him move for the first time a week or so ago, and she thought that was pretty cool
:)
We are very excited to welcome this new little bundle of
blue to our family!
