Happy Halloween! These were our costumes for our Ward Halloween Party. It was on Tuesday night. Aspen wore the mouse costume I made for her 2 years ago- it fit her much better this time, although it was a little short. Madi was a Bumble Bee, a costume that I borrowed from a friend. I dressed up as a Hippie, and Jim was a Soccer Referee. Madi got pretty tuckered out and slept through most of it, which was ok because then I didn't have too many people coming up to her and getting too close. Now that RSV season is approaching, I have to be careful with her.

Since we got lots of candy and had fun at the party, we decided to not go trick-or-treating this year. Aspen is still young enough that she didn't even miss it (we haven't actually taken her trick-or-treating yet), and Jim and I were happy to not have to drive downtown. Next year, we might do the trick-or-treating that they have at the mall, but this year it was better not to expose Madi to too many people, and illnesses.
