I was so happy to be able to watch all 4 sessions of Conference this weekend. My favorite talk was Elder Bednar's talk on Saturday, with his 3 things we need to consciously do every day- Show, and Tell, our spouse and children that we love them; Be consistent; and I forgot the third one but it was good, too. Surprisingly, Aspen wanted to sit in the room with us and watch (sort of) too. Her favorite part was watching the choir sing. She kept making comments about how she liked the blonde mommies, or how pretty the dresses were, and how she liked that the Daddies' ties all matched the Mommies' dresses. My favorite comment, though, was when she saw the dark-skinned man in the choir (and later the G.A. from Africa who spoke) and she said, "I love the brown Daddys!"
And, I'm happy to say that I have made it to 38.5 weeks of pregnancy! I'm getting to the point now where I'm really anxious for the baby to come. I'm tired of being so stretched out and uncomfortable, and am really looking forward to meeting this little boy!

I agree! Conference was great! Elder Bednar's talk was my favorite too. The 3rd thing he said was bear testimony.

Dr.'s appt. today for me - absolutely no progress whatsoever! Oh well, I've still got a lot to do before the baby comes, so I can wait!
YEAH!!! 38.5 weeks! I'm so happy for you! I was just thinking about you and Angie this morning wondering when I would get my favorite type of phone calls...I can't WAIT!
