Peaches

Here are some pictures of my lovely peaches. I got 23 quarts done before I ran out of lids, and didn't want to make the 1-hour trip to the store just to get more... all I needed were 2 more. Oh well, more fresh, yummy peaches for me to eat. It's funny how tired I was after just doing these batches! Actually, the hardest part was sitting on the stool by the sink- not much extra room in front! I hope to do a batch of pears, then that will probably be it for this year. Sometime in the future I'd like to do beans, and maybe learn to do applesauce too.
