A sneak peek...

This past month, we've been busy tearing out & replacing the kitchen in our side of our duplex in Orem. It is almost finished- all we are waiting on now is the tile backsplash to be installed on the walls behind the countertops.

After: New Floor & Upper Cabinets. The floor is vinyl, but has a pattern that looks like tile. I'll have to get a better picture without all the glare.

After: All cabinets in & sink w/out plumbing hooked up

We spent Friday afternoon hooking up the new faucet & getting the water back on. I LOVE the new sink- it is huge! It does not have a divider in the middle, and the kids all think it is actually a "kid bathtub." Having a new kitchen definitely changes the feel in the house. It has come such a long way from when we bought it.

I will post more pictures when the backsplash is finished.

Next Jim Project on the list: A new awning & play house on the back patio, complete with a porch swing!
